Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances:

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Beauty and skincare products (including cosmetics, perfumes, creams, and makeup)
  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you decide you no longer want the product.

Right of Withdrawal (Limited by Law): Under Maltese and EU law, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product only if it is unused, in its original packaging, and unopened. Products that have been opened, worn, or used are not eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return

If your item meets the return conditions, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Submit a Request: Email sales@choiceatlas.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the product (if defective or incorrect)
  • A detailed description of the issue

2️⃣ Approval & Return Instructions: If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

3️⃣ Return the Item: The item must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Refunds & Replacements

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If a replacement is available, we will send one after receiving the returned item. If unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days after return approval and inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a non-seller fault (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer), return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

4. Refused & Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect the package from the courier or post office
  • Refusal to accept delivery

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge additional reshipping fees
  • Deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund
  • Block future orders from repeat offenders

5. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Fraudulent refund claims and chargebacks are taken seriously. We reserve the right to:

  • Permanently block customers who file false claims
  • Take legal action under Maltese law
  • Report fraud to relevant authorities
